Although you may see shorter routes to the fairgrounds, the routes outlined here have been coordinated with local police to provide for the safety of convention attendees and to minimize traffic tie-ups as much as possible. Your cooperation is very important and is appreciated by everyone.
Following are directions to the Holding Area located at the intersection of Airport Road and 4th Avenue.
Holding Area
From the South: Travel north on K-96. Turn right on Yoder Road. Yoder Road becomes Airport Road at US 50. Turn left into the Eaton Corporation parking lot.
From the Southwest: Travel east on US 50. Turn left on Airport Road. Turn left into the Eaton Corporation parking lot.
From the East: Travel west on US 50. Turn right on Airport Road. Turn left into the Eaton Corporation parking lot.
From the North: Travel I-135 south to McPherson. Turn right on K-61. Turn left on 17th Avenue. 17th Avenue becomes Airport Road. Turn right into the Eaton Corporation parking lot.
From the Northwest: Travel south on K-96. Turn right on K-14. Turn left on US 50. Turn left on Airport Road. Turn left into the Eaton Corporation parking lot.
Families with day of admittance credentials
From the South: Travel north on K-96. Turn right on US 50. Turn left on K-61 North (Ken Kennedy Freeway). Turn left on 30th Avenue. Turn left on Severance. Turn right on 23rd Avenue. Follow the signs to the family entrance.
From the Southwest: Travel east on US 50. Turn left on K-61 North (Kennnedy Freeway). Turn left on 30th Avenue. Turn left on Severance. Turn right on 23rd Avenue. Follow the signs to the family entrance.
From the East: Travel west on US 50. Turn right on K-61 North (Ken Kennedy Freeway). Turn left on 30th Avenue. Turn left on Severance. Turn right on 23rd Avenue. Follow the signs to the family entrance.
From the North: Travel south on I-135 to McPherson. Turn right on K-61 (Ken Kennedy Freeway). Turn right on 30th Avenue. Turn left on Severance. Turn right on 23rd Avenue. Follow the signs to the family entrance.
From the Northwest: Travel K-96 south. Turn right on K-14. Turn left on US 50. Turn left on K-61 North (Ken Kennedy Freeway). Turn left on 30th Avenue. Turn left on Severance. Turn right on 23rd Avenue. Follow the signs to the family entrance.

From the South: Travel north on K-96. K-96 becomes Main Street in South Hutchinson at US 50. Turn right on State Street. State Street becomes Main Street in Hutchinson. Turn right on 11th Avenue. Turn left on Plum. Turn left on 20th Avenue at Gate 9.
From the Southwest: Travel east on US 50. Turn left on K-96/Main Street. K-96 becomes Main Street in South Hutchinson at US 50. Turn right on State Street. State Street becomes Main Street in Hutchinson. Turn right on 11th Avenue. Turn left on Plum. Turn left on 20th Avenue at Gate 9.
From the East: Travel west on US 50. Turn right on K-96. K-96 becomes Main Street in South Hutchinson at US 50. Turn right on State Street. State Street becomes Main Street in Hutchinson. Turn right on 11th Avenue. Turn left on Plum. Turn left on 20th Avenue at Gate 9.
