Compact Dishwasher

Vesta DWV303B compact dishwasherThe Vesta DWV303B dishwasher is described in company literature as “America’s first high-quality, space-saving dishwasher designed to be built into a cabinet or placed on a kitchen counter.” Measuring 22-3/8 inches wide, 18-1/8 inches high, and 19-3/8 inches deep, the unit weighs less than 60 pounds and can be installed under a cook top, above a wheel well, or inside any cabinet with room and access.

The Vesta DWV303B is capable of washing up to four, four-piece place settings per load and uses only 3.3 gallons of water per normal cycle. A pullout dish rack and a removable silverware basket simplify loading and unloading. Features include three wash cycles, two temperature settings, two convection drying options, and an automatic rinse agent dispenser. Additional features include a stainless-steel interior and spray arm.

The Vesta DWV303B is UL- and CSA-approved for both countertop and built-in installations and includes double overflow protection and a safety door-lock device. A Quick-Connect Faucet Adapter Kit connects the dishwasher directly to a kitchen sink.

Built Rite Trailer, a double-deckerBuilt Rite Trailer of Nebraska offers a trailer solution for those who want to take an assortment of “toys” with them as they travel. With the trailer’s upper and lower decks it is possible to haul a car, a boat, and another item “” such as a golf cart, a lawn mower, or even construction equipment “” all on one trailer. Electronic Safety FlaresProtective Images offers Electronic Safety Flares, which are designed to increase motorists’ safety when their vehicle is disabled on the side of the road. These 11.5-ounce flares use 20 high-intensity light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to attract attention to a potentially dangerous highway situation.

According to product literature, the 360-degree rotational pattern of the waterproof electronic flares can provide more than 1/2-mile warning of your presence on the roadside. The LEDs are rated for 100,000 hours of operation, and a set of four AA alkaline batteries can provide more than 50 hours of service. A low-battery alarm activates when 20 percent of the battery life remains.

Besides warning of traffic hazards, the flares can be used to signal for help. Visibility is listed as more than 8 miles on level ground and more than 20 miles by air on a clear night.

Electronic Safety Flares are available with red-, amber-, blue-, or green-colored LEDs in packs of three, eight, or 10, and are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

Level Best Auto LevelKwikee Products Company has introduced the new Level Best Auto Level, a fully automatic operating system for its Level Best leveling and stabilizing systems.

The electronic touchpad on the new product looks similar to its predecessor, but it also contains a new automatic leveling button that initially lowers the jacks to the ground in pairs. It then activates one or more jacks that the system’s solid-state electronic sensors determine to be on the lowest corner or corners of the motorhome. The system can modulate the movement of up to three jacks at once. Upon completion of the initial sequence, the level of the motorhome is re-evaluated. The touchpad then displays an “Auto Level” indicator light to show that the coach is level, or sounds a beep and repeats the leveling sequence.

Systems equipped with the Auto Level control also can be operated in a semi-automatic mode using feedback from the leveling sensors. Manual operation using the touchpad is also possible.
