Cleaning Brush
Any old brush won’t do when it comes to cleaning the exterior of a motorhome. Mr. LongArm says its Very Soft Regular Flow-Thru Brush works great on many RV surfaces, including fiberglass, aluminum, glass, and canvas.
The 10-inch brush is made with chemical-resistant materials and, according to the company, works well with cleaning solvents. Hard-to-reach areas can be cleaned by attaching the brush to a Mr. LongArm water-fed extension pole (sold separately), or the brush can be used with regular extension poles and utility handles. The brush’s rubber bumper helps to keep your RV scratch-free. And there’s a built-in hang tab for easy drying. The suggested retail price is $12.40.

Towed Vehicle Charger
RVers dread the thought of a dead towed vehicle battery. That’s why the RVibrake Towed Battery Charger from Danko Manufacturing can come in handy.
The Towed Battery Charger has a 15-amp output and charges and maintains the battery in a vehicle while it’s being towed. The device is designed to handle both heavy-load and trickle charging. An LED indicator glows when the towed battery is charging; when the battery is fully charged, the unit goes into maintenance mode. Sound Damping Kit
SR CAR Sound and Thermal Spray Kit is a two-part spray system that helps to deaden sound and to thermally insulate an RV or car. The kit is the result of a partnership between Silent Running, with its SR CAR product, and Temp-Coat Brand Products.
Silent Running literature notes that SR CAR is a solvent-free, nonflammable viscoelastic coating that dampens vibration and reduces unwanted noise. To use the kit, you first spray SR CAR onto interior surfaces such as the firewall, generator and storage compartments, wheel wells, and door panels. Next, spray the thermal insulation product over SR CAR.
The kit, which includes one gallon of SR CAR Sound Damping and one gallon of SR CAR Thermal Insulator, is priced at $115. Offered separately, the sound damping is $60 and the thermal insulator is $55.
