21V-671: Certain 2021 Bambi, Caravel, Classic, Flying Cloud, Globetrotter, and International travel trailers equipped with Winntec model 6020 two-stage propane regulators. COACH HOUSE INC.

21V-663: Certain 2019-2022 Platinum II and 2022 Platinum motorhomes equipped with Lippert Hehr 6400 Series windows. The adhesive that bonds the vented portion of the window may fail, causing the vent portion of the window to detach and increasing the risk of a crash or injury. Coach House, (800) 235-0984.

 

DAIMLER TRUCKS NORTH AMERICA

21V-715: Certain 2022 Freightliner Cascadia-based motorhomes with Cummins diesel engines. The exhaust pipe outlet may be improperly installed, with the tip facing toward the battery box. DRV SUITES

21V-726: Certain 2021 Mobile Suites fifth-wheels. The brake rotor bolts were improperly tightened, which can cause the bolts to become loose or fall off. This can lead to wheel separation, a tire blowout, or brake failure, increasing the risk of a crash. DRV, (260) 562-3500.

 

ESCAPE TRAILER

21V-666: Certain 2019 E5.0, E17A, E17B, E19, E21C, and E21NE recreational trailers equipped with Lippert Hehr 6400 Series windows. The adhesive that bonds the vented portion of the window may fail, causing the vent portion of the window to detach and increasing the risk of a crash or injury. Escape Trailer, (604) 703-1650.

 

FOREST RIVER INC.

21V-691: Certain 2021 Berkshire motorhomes. These vehicles may have been manufactured with unsealed 5-amp and 20-amp mini breakers, which could cause a spark in the battery compartment. The battery compartment may have flammable gasses that could ignite and lead to a fire. Forest River, (574) 522-1368.

21V-692: Certain 2021-2022 Coachmen Nova motorhomes. The absorbed glass mat (AGM) battery was incorrectly installed inside the vehicle rather than inside a battery box vented to the exterior. 21V-701: Certain 2021-2022 Coachmen Sportscoach motorhomes. The outdoor cooktop can be stowed with the propane hose connected and the burner still lit, increasing the risk of a fire. Forest River, (574) 825-8212.

21V-723: Certain 2022 Forest River Aurora travel trailers. These trailers were manufactured with the incorrect tires, which could cause an overload condition and lead to premature tire failure, increasing the risk of a crash. Forest River, (574) 825-6327.

21V-724: Certain 2022 East to West Alta travel trailers. The propane quick-disconnect fitting may not have been properly tightened, which could allow gas to leak and increase the risk of a fire. Forest River, (574) 264-6664.

The 12-volt wire for the illuminated assist handle is routed too close to the refrigerator exhaust, which could melt the wire and blow the fuse, increasing the risk of a fire.
