DRV SUITES

22V-649: Certain 2021-2022 Mobile Suites fifth-wheels. The tail, stop, and turn lights may have been incorrectly placed. This may reduce vehicle visibility and increase the risk of a crash. DRV, (260) 562-3500.

 

FOREST RIVER INC.

22V-643: Certain 2023 Flagstaff and Rockwood fifth-wheels. The federal placard incorrectly states an axle rating of 5,200 pounds instead of the correct rating of 5,000 pounds, which may result in the vehicle being overloaded and increase the risk of a crash. Forest River, (574) 642-8943.

22V-667: Certain 2022-2023 Forest River Impression fifth-wheel recreational vehicles. There may not a secondary means of egress installed in the vehicle as required, which could result in occupants becoming trapped inside during an emergency, increasing the risk of injury. JAYCO INC.

22V-659: Certain 2022-2023 White Hawk travel trailers. The refrigerator propane line may have been improperly routed and concealed in the underbelly of the trailer, increasing the risk of a fire in the event of a propane leak. Jayco recall number: 9901579. Jayco, (800) 283-8267.

22V-663: Certain 2021-2022 Entegra Qwest and Jayco Melbourne and Melbourne Prestige motorhomes. The shim on the torsion bar was incorrectly installed, which may result in a failure at the connection between the torsion bar and linkage, causing a loss of vehicle stability and increasing the risk of a crash. 22V-665: Certain 2021-2023 Entegra Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Reatta, Reatta XL, and Jayco Embark motorhomes. The engine air intake box may not have a water drain installed, which may cause water to build up inside the air intake box and enter the engine, resulting in engine failure and increasing the risk of a crash. KEYSTONE RV COMPANY

22V-668: Certain 2023 Dutchmen Aspen Trail, Coleman, and Kodiak travel trailers. The switch for the electric stabilizer jacks may not be waterproof from the back side of the switch, which may result in an electrical short and increase the risk of a crash or injury. The front seat mounting bolts may have been improperly tightened, which may cause the seats to not restrain occupants safely in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
