The 25-foot-1-inch Corner Bed floor plan supplies diesel power and fully functional RV living, even without its slideout expanded.

Leisure Travel Vans, part of the Triple E Recreational Vehicles family, manufactures compact luxury Type C motorhomes in Winkler, Manitoba. The diesel-powered Unity is the company’s flagship model. It includes the Corner Bed floor plan, one of six layouts offered for the 2024 model year. Measuring 25 feet 1 inch long, the Corner Bed packs a lot into a smaller size: numerous safety features, thoughtful use of interior space, even a slideout.
The Corner Bed floor plan sleeps up to four and includes four seatbelts for traveling, plus six seats for entertaining. The stationary bed and full residential bath in the rear are features not always seen in RVs of this size. The Unity’s five other innovative layouts include configurations such as a Murphy bed and twin beds.
CHASSIS AND EXTERIOR
A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 cutaway chassis with dual rear wheels forms the basis for this coach, which boasts an 11,030-pound gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), a 170-inch wheelbase, and a 24.5-gallon fuel tank. Its Mercedez-Benz 2.0-liter turbocharged I-4 diesel engine produces 208 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque and is paired with a 9G-Tronic nine-speed automatic transmission. Buyers have the option of upgrading the steel wheels to Alcoa Dura-Bright aluminum wheels. The rear hitch receiver incorporates a seven-pin connector.
This Type C motorhome stands 10 feet 6 inches tall, including the rooftop air-conditioning unit, and has an exterior width of 95 inches.
Mercedes-Benz incorporates a number of safety features in the chassis. Among them are active brake assist, active distance assist, active lane-keeping assist, crosswind assist, and even traffic-sign assist (road sign info, such as speed limits, is displayed). The load-adaptive electronic stability program, or ESP, monitors various features to optimize braking effectiveness, traction, and stability while the motorhome is underway.
LTV builds as much as possible in-house, including cabinetry, walls, roof, floor, and framing. The aluminum-framed roof and walls are vacuum-bonded and insulated; the floor is framed with vacuum-bonded steel. Fiberglass covers the exterior walls, which feature a curved European-style design and are outfitted with frameless, tinted awning-style windows. The sidewalls are joined to the front and rear fiberglass caps; the rear cap is composed of two pieces, including a smaller bumper area, designed to make it easier to replace if needed. In the front, a molded fiberglass transition area nicely joins the cab to the rest of the coach. The panoramic windshield provides a wide view for the pilot and copilot.
Full-body paint is used on the exterior. Eight exterior decor schemes are offered; each includes three coats of color and two layers of clear coat.
The exterior compartments are made of galvanized sheet metal and lined with carpet to protect possessions. Their contoured doors have top hinges and draw-tight latches, featuring a custom Leisure Travel Vans key and lock system. The entry door, also contoured, includes a screen and is accompanied by an automatic step.
Generous LED lighting is used inside and outside the Unity. The wind-sensor patio awning, adorned with LEDs, is operated with the touch of a button from right inside the coach door. An optional folding table is designed to fasten to the side of the motorhome under the awning, creating a nice area for al fresco dining or food prep; it nests in a storage bay when not needed. A topper awning protects the street-side slideout from debris.
BEHIND THE WHEEL
Cockpit features of note include a high-resolution digital rearview mirror that provides an unobstructed look at the rear of the coach. The multifunctional steering wheel is wrapped in leather and tilts and telescopes. The driver and passenger can utilize a 10.25-inch MBUX touch-screen multimedia center, which offers AM-FM, navigation, voice control, smartphone integration, and a rearview camera. The RV is ready for Sirius XM radio, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.
The power driver and passenger seats are heated and offer lumbar support. Extensions provide a little additional room on the seat portion of each chair, which enhances their comfort, especially when occupants are sitting for long stretches. For these seats, and furnishings elsewhere in the coach, Ultrafabrics upholstery is used.
A privacy curtain snaps to the front of the cockpit, providing unobstructed use of the chairs when they are turned toward the living area. An optional table fits in between them. The flush floor facilitates moving into and out of this area; it also enables the tile-look vinyl flooring to run through the entirety of the coach.
INTERIOR FEATURES
Inside the Unity, the European-inspired design continues. Curved overhead cabinets feature soft-close doors with hidden catches. Three cabinet finishes are available: white oak, rift oak, and mocha. The upper cabinets can be upgraded with optional Fenix Bianco White, which features a matte, fingerprint-resistant surface and creates an attractive lighter accent. Two Corian solid-surface countertop colors and three upholstery colors are offered. Day-night shades cover the windows and are topped by valances wrapped in Ultrafabrics material.
The streetside dinette, with bench seating and hidden storage, is housed in the 18-inch-deep slideout. When needed, the dinette folds down to create an additional sleeping area. The 2025 Corner Bed will be available with a brand-new Leisure Travel Vans option: the Leisure Lounge system. With this option, dual power-reclining chairs seamlessly convert into a dining area, providing lounging comfort and smart interior and exterior storage space. Either way, the slideout does not need to be extended to access all areas in the motorhome, including the rear bathroom — a nice feature on travel days.
A 27-inch smart TV in the living area swivels for viewing at multiple angles. The coach is prewired for satellite should RVers opt for the Winegard Road Trip 4 dish. A mobile data/Wi-Fi extender with an integrated TV antenna comes as standard equipment.
Galley features include a convection-microwave oven, a flush-mounted two-burner propane cooktop with a hinged glass cover, and a 12-volt residential refrigerator-freezer. The solid-surface Corian countertop contains a stainless-steel undermount sink with cover. And no doubt galley chefs will appreciate the pull-out pantry, a multi-shelf unit that can store an ample amount of goods.
The bedroom and bath occupy the rear of the coach. The curb side houses the “nearly queen sized” corner bed, which measures 52 inches by 76 inches. Opposite the bed, a 24-inch smart TV hangs on the wall. Storage is available in the overhead cabinets that line two of the walls, as well as the hanging wardrobe situated close by. Shelves built into the wall provide a spot to charge phones, set a CPAP machine, etc. One of the coach’s combination USB-A/USB-C outlets is installed in this area.
In the bathroom, the shower should be roomy enough to accommodate average to tall bathers. It is topped by a skylight and a retractable “self cleaning” screen. A swing-down towel rack in the shower is a small but convenient feature, as is the molded niche for holding bath items. The porcelain foot-flush toilet is equipped with a hand sprayer. A compact vanity contains an undermount stainless-steel sink. Here and in the galley, instant hot water is supplied by the Truma AquaGo Comfort Plus, a tankless propane-powered unit. Users can select one of two settings: Eco, which does not continuously warm the water in the unit, and Comfort Plus, which keeps it hot for more rapid access as needed.
The Unity’s interior is warmed by a 19,000-Btu furnace. A 13,500-Btu Truma Aventa Eco ducted air conditioner supplies the cooling and is said to minimize noise while balancing heat and humidity.
Dual 12-volt lithium batteries provide house power. A 2,000-watt pure sine wave inverter with an 80-amp battery charger comes standard. A 3.6-kw Cummins Onan propane-powered generator can be selected as an option. RVers also can add an optional 200-watt or 400-watt rigid low-profile solar panel and control. Several multiplex monitors keep an eye on various systems and components: lights, tank levels, battery voltage, and more.
The Unity Corner Bath floor plan has been called “super small but expandable.” As such, this stylish motorhome should check the boxes for RVers in search of a smaller yet fully functional RV.
