24V-563: Certain 2025 Cherokee CKT20-0G travel trailers. During installation, an incorrect-length screw was used to install the microwave, which allowed the screw to enter the microwave compartment. The presence of a screw in the microwave compartment can cause electrical arcing, increasing the risk of a fire. Forest River, (260) 499-2100.
