Thor Motor Coach’s 2017 Quantum and Synergy Type C motorhomes have arrived at dealerships across the United States and Canada.
When national president Charlie Adcock asked me to write this month’s President’s Message, I was very pleased, because July is my favorite month of the year. Living in the northern climates, one experiences four distinct seasons. July finally brings summer to us, and all of the great outdoor activities that go with it.

Battery Issue
I have a 2011 Monaco Diplomat. When I turn off the house battery switches, the gauges on my dash blink on and off. Obviously, the batteries run down fairly quickly. I replaced all of the batteries two years ago, so they are fairly new. …Any idea what's happening?

An Alpine Coach NorCal chapter rally took an especially festive turn when hosts Les Kloppenburg and Genene Barrel invited chapter members to attend their wedding ceremony on the Sunday of the rally.
In April 1991, a group of northern California FMCA members led by Bruce and Alice Ackerman formed a new FMCA chapter. Members elected Bruce chapter president, chose the name Sierra Ramblers, and decided to hold six rallies a year. From its start with 25 families, the chapter has grown to about 70 member families today.
